Design and Approvals
Finalise the design of your project. Preliminary works start, including soil testing, council approvals and all that is required for your project to begin.
Site Works and Start of Build
Site works and footings will begin at this stage. Your first progress payment is due to begin your 12 week build.
Build to Handover
The 12 week build gets complete with another 2 progress payments. Your property will then be being certified and a final payment due for handover.
